Rates are for two people.  Rent includes space with water, sewer and cable TV, use of our recreational facilities and participation in our social programs.  Daily rates include electricity and WIFI.  Monthly, semiannual & annual rates are "plus electric".  90% of our sites are pull-thru.

Most sites have phone hookups available.    We also have a few back-in sites that are 35' wide x 60' long.  The rates are a little more.  Call or e-mail for more information.

10% discount is available with many discount cards on daily rates only.

Reservations may be guaranteed by credit card.  Checks, travelers checks and of course cash are accepted for payment.
